At the invitation of Shri S.M. Krishna, External Affairs Minister, H.E. Dr. Zalmai Rassoul, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, is currently on a visit to India. President Hamid Karzai and President Obama signed the "Enduring Strategic Partnership Agreement" between the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan and the United States of America" at a special ceremony held in the Presidential Palace.
